This Amcron Macro-tech 1201 professional amplifier works on only one
channel. The front panel light marked SIGNAL/IOC is lit continously on
the channel which is faulty. The fuses are intact and the both relays
operate when the power is applied (which makes me think that the final
output stages are o/kand the problem lies in the protection circuitry)
As far as I can tell, all voltages are the same between both the
working and the non-working channels.
Can any one tell me what the legends ODEP and IOC on the front panel
lights mean and would anyone have a circuit diagram or any data for
this amplifier.

TIA
Ron (UK)

Amcron is the export brand of Crown amplifiers. Info @ www.crownintl.com .
Also see www.crownaudio.com/crownaudio/amp_htm/ampinfo.htm for info
on IOC (Input/Output Comparator) and ODEP (Output Device Emulation
Protection).
