Thanks all for the spelling lesson :(
Its amazing how many dead links I followed that were spelt using 'LL' !!!

Anyhow, I have now started searching on Philips but still unable to find any
info
for my problem.

I need schematic for Philips 15CE 1210 colour tv.
Problem previously mentioned in newsgroup but will mention it again.
The tv has no retention of preset volume/colour/tuning etc..
I have to set them every time I turn the set on.
I have looked on circuit board for a 'battery' but unable to find anything.
I may be looking
in the wrong place or for the wrong thing.

Cant be that difficult can it ????????

Cheers..

John Fallon.

Philips' ones are/were often a single AA-sized lithium cell very like
a tubular capacitor, orange in colour, and as likely to be on a
sub-unit as on the mainboard.
