We're working on a Cerwin Vega sub-woofer and the amp has blown. After
repeated failure of +15v and -15v regulators, we suspect an IC with the
following #'s on it;

Cerwin Vega Canada are of no help ("no schematic is available...buy a new
board"). Can anyone ID the part and it's function? A source and/or sub
would be great too!

That would be an NJM2060D. Fairly common. Generic suppliers should have it.
