Need help on Dell power pack

Hello friends,
Can anyone help solve this problem?
Dell OptiPlex GXi Model: DCS
The capacitor burst in the primary side of the power supply.It
is rated 1uf 450v ( C 054 ). There are caps (2.2uf 450v and 120uf
35v) beside each other near the chopper trans.There's also a
sub-board
consisting of uc3842, 2 pcs of black tiny transistors, 4pcs of glas
type diodes, 8 pcs of tiny resistors and 5 pcs of capacitors.(one
of them is 4.7uf 50v) These are all on the primary side.
After replacing C 054, the computer works for only one minute and
C 054 Burst again'
Many thanks in advance for any hints given.

Change the diods and the driver transistors. You should change all
the caps. You most likely have a diod that is breaking down, and
causing damage to other components. When servicing these supplies a
lot of caution is necessary for component damage. When I part blows
it is usualy because another one has broken down...
