He's suffering from the consequences of choosing to carry through with Trump incompetent scheme for getting out of Afghanistan, and the continuing Covid-19 disaster in the US isn't helping - it's worst in those states that took Trump's idiotic health advice most seriously, but Biden still has to carry the can.

They aren't down nearly as much as you like to claim, and don't seem to mean what you'd like them to mean. I did it for the very short-lived molecule dinitrosyl dichloride and it is written up on my Ph.D. thesis, which you could read if you went to the University of Melbourne Library. I don't have to. The University of Melbourne awarded me a Ph.D. in a very public ceremony - the half-dozen of us who got the degree at that graduation got to sit up on the stage, while the regular graduates were stuck in the audience. The assumption is that the University made sure that my committee wasn't bribed. You are welcome to think differently, but it would be wise to have some kind of evidence before you said so in public - you would be attempting to de-value their product, and they'd have strong commercial interest in discouraging that sort of foolishness.

I have made a typo when spelling my own name, That isn't evidence that I can't spell it - there are lot more examples of my usual spelling than there are typo's that deviate from it.

We all prefer not to make typos, but it does happen to everybody - even you. Your advertise your foolishness much more frequently, and much more obviously by other means. Carrying on about other people's typo's is just one of them.

Actually riffing off them. You provided the theme - I added variations. It's what skillful performers do, and you can't. Add that to your list of self-improvement projects. It's probably not something that you should give any priority to - you do have urgent problems that you should deal with first - but you could add it to the list.

That is true of every anonymous troll. Flyguy doesn't seem to be quite up to comprehending the limitations that an anonymous troll has to cope with.

He seems to think that when he makes ludicrous claims about particular skills that he'd like us to think that he has - like being able to fly a light aircraft and get himself certified as capable of managing that task - he's entitled to complain when we don't take his claims seriously. An anonymous troll can't provide any evidence to back up that sort of claim.
