LVX4051 Spice Model

Posted to LTspice List and here...

Untested. I just ran a netlist on an old schematic of a LVX4051
re-design I did for Motorola-ON (~2000) to fit the device to using a
Chartered process...

WOW! not encrypted! ;-)

I begun to try. In LTSPICE it must be LEVEL=8 (BSIM3.3).
But then the terchnology-parameters for the subcircuits (the variables
in curly braces) are missing

Up to now I had a few runs with LTSpice as .OP, results seem to be ok.

Interesting will be a simulation wit .TRAN, when I have the time I will try.

Great! It should work. It's the real deal... the actual chip. The
only thing I did was flatten the netlist to make it difficult to copy.
(In hierarchical form it's trivial to understand :-)
