Biden has been making slips of the tongue all his life. It no kind of indication of an actual mental problem - everybody does it and he does it more often than most.

Presumably they are recycling Trump's attack ads from the 2020 election - carefully edited collection's of Trump's slips of the tongue. It didn't worry the American public back in 2020, and wouldn't worry them now. The Murdoch media has a habit of supporting right-wing lunatics which endears them to you, but saner people don't take them seriously.

The rest of the world knows that Trump commissioned the attack ads, and that Trump is so far out of touch with reality that he still thinks that he won the 2020 presidential election, and was deprived of his second term by massive (if totally imaginary) vote rigging.
