Searching transistor models for pspice

Hi friends
Has anyone Pspice models for the following transistors at hand :

BU2525 (~NTE2365)
BU508 (~NTE2300)
BU806 darlington switcher (~NTE2315)
BU406 (~NTE379)
BUT11A ~NTE2333)
BD139 (~NTE375)
BD139-10 (~NTE184)
BD243C (~NTE331)
BD250 (~NTE393)
BF494 (~NTE229)

or can point me to an online FAQ on how to convert datasheet infos into
the modelling parameters.
Is there some library to get these models from ?

Before you buy.

If you cant find the model at the manufacturer, orcad.com or related serch
engine, you can generate a model using Orcad/Pspice model editor and a
datasheet.

sir i am designing a circuit for wireless transfer of energy, i need to design the circuit on pspice , but the problem is i can't find transistor bd139 in pspice library, can u tell me an equivalent transistor which is available in library or how to download a new library..
