I do not believe you will find a quad with all specs the same as the LM318, so
we really need to know just what specs are important to make an adequate
response to your inquiry. For example, compare these LM318 specs with the
two examples I give below:

I could give other examples, but I do not know what you really need, so do not
know what to suggest. Again, I do not think you will find an exact quad LM318,
so you need to specify WHAT specs are important. To say "very similar specs" is
not good enough.

No matter what quad you use, you are going to loose the compensation
pins, and i doubt that you'll find a modern opamp with the same
propensity for spontaneous self demolition if used without due care and
reverence as the old '318, but those factors aside, consider the OP-467
by Analog Devices (a lot faster) or the TLE2074 by Texas (a little
slower)
