saturation current is dependent on the gap length and turns.
B = usub0 x N x I / lg
B = flux density in teslas
usub0 = permeability of free space = 4 x pi x 10E-7
N = turns
I = saturating current in amps
lg = gap length in meters.
so Isat = Bsat x lg / ( usub0 x N )
Bsat = characteristic saturation of material used (at Temp) in teslas

N= see above
So, for your part Isat = .42 x 1E-4 / (4 x 3.14 x 10E-7 x 1) = 33.4A
That's for a single turn, which your formula seemed to assume (NI=)
