I'm looking for the specs of a (2S)D1555 television transistor. My
databooks and the databooks of friends only go as far as 2SD1037, or
2SD1100 or something. I only need max. voltage, max. power diss. and
standard stuff like that. If you know any replacements, they're
welcome too.
Thanks

2SD1555 is a silicon NPN transistor, used in Color TV Horizontal
Output Applications.
Here are some specs:
- Pinout (marking on top): Pin 1 (left) = BASE
Pin 2 (middle) = COLLECTOR
Pin 3 (right) = EMITTER
- Maximum Ratings (Ta = 25 degree C):
Collector-Base Voltage V(CBO) = 1500 V
Collector-Emitter Voltage V(CEO) = 600 V
Emitter-Base Voltage V(EBO) = 5 V
Collector Current I(C) = 5 A
Base Current I(B) = 2.5 A
Collector Power Dissipation P(C) = 50 W
Junction Temperature T(j) = 150 degree C
Hope this helps,
Kim.

Can't answer about cross-reference, however MCM had the 2SD5703 in stock
a few years ago, and may still.

Asian transistors invariably leave out the "2S" from the part number printed
on the device.

There are plenty of sites that have data sheet archives.
