Have anyone found a place on the Internet with the marking code on SMD
components, so it is possible to see which component it is.

Right now I am trying to locate what sort of transistor hiding behind
the marking code: YN. It is a transistor in SOT-89 house.

it will unzip to 3 pdf files. this has alot of smt markings. may help. if you
