Hi,
Can someone help me to find the equivalent transistor for
13001 HJ D8 ???

I need a replacement transistor to fix my insect killer fan.
Unfortunately, I cannot find this transistor type in Indonesia.

I already used google and found the following link:
http://www.chinajinglai.com/enjxcp1.htm
which shows the data of 13001.
Hopefully this data can help someone to find the equivalent
transistor.

Best regards,
Harimin.

One thing is for certain. If it's an 8W transistor, it doesn't come in
a TO-92 package. Try checking http://www.nteinc.com for equivalents in
breakdown voltage, etc.

----------------(from OED Mini-Dictionary)-----------------
PUNCTUATION - Apostrophe
Incorrect uses: (i) the apostrophe must not be used with a plural
where there is no possessive sense, as in ~tea's are served here~;
(ii) there is no such word as ~her's, our's, their's, your's~.

Confusions: it's = it is or it has (not 'belonging to it'); correct
uses are ~it's here~ (= it is here); ~it's gone~ (= it has gone);
but ~the dog wagged its tail~ (no apostrophe).

For your information, the transistor is in TO-92 package. The China's web site
also shows the package of 13001 is TO-92. The table's most right column shows
the package style of the transistor.

If you did not mention the 8watt, I do not realize that this transistor
consumes lot of electricity.

could be an MC13001 look it up and compare the packages.
if they match, you got it

Sounds like it could be the MJE13001 :

Thanks for the link.
I also found the english version of the pdf at the following link:
http://www.sisemi.com.cn/datasheet/eDATA/MJE13001%20DATA.pdf

Now, I know that the transistor is a switching power transistor which
is used for electronic ballasts of the UV fluorescent lamp on my insect
killer fan.

The hard part is, I still can't find this 13001 in Indonesia. Anyone
can suggest me equivalent transistor with same capabilities.

The data of the MJE-13001
NPN
Pc = 7W
Vcbo = 500V
Vceo = 400V
Vebo = 9V
Ic = 0.5A
package = TO-92

Best regards,
Harimin.
