Spice Models
David Chapman
I am looking for spice models (subcircuits) for TIP120 NPN power
darlington and TIP125 PNP power darlington transistors.
After many hours of searching i have had no luck, even though many
webpages say get ondiscretes.lib for theses models, i got that and
they weren't in there.
I would be most grateful if anyone could post them, or a link to them.
