I need help on designing a sequential timer to switch on and off
atleast 3 relays in a particular sequence using timer ic.Thank You!

You can buy that off the shelf unless you are in some strange place. In that

The first step in the design process is writing a specification.
Assign actual **numbers** to as many things as you can.
