USB type B Male to USB type B Female, RIGHT ANGLE in the horizontal
plane, label side UP.

Most are std on one end, and finding 'jumper' types is less likely, but
you may find something useful here.

If right angle adapter won't work, perhaps a cable with a right angle
type B connector and a type A at the other end.
