Economic Advantage of USA having low borrow rates ?

Typically the USA can borrow money at lower real rates than other
countries ( 10 year treasury note rate is low relative to other
countries I believe ).

What kind of advantage does this give the USA ? The way I look at it
is like if someone got a mortgage at 4% compared to their neighbor
getting a mortgage at 6%. Clearly the 4% mortgage is far better for
the economic growth of the person getting that mortgage.
