'Paradise Lost' lost

I woulda thought it'd be trivial.

For my Ulysses annotations [1], I need a Web version of Milton's
greatest work, that has name-anchors so that I can target particular
lines or verses.

There's dozens of versions listed at:

But none of them seem to offer this targeting capability!??
