Either Pashley was inhaling nitrous oxide or there's a whole lot missing
from his report. Freezing water with liquid nitrogen won't completely
degas it, and unless it's thawed under high vacuum the resulting liquid
will not be completely gas free. It's a helluva trick to get gas-free
water. Just ask the NIST.

And ignore Uncle Al. If ever there was a flaming a-hole, he's it.
