I was watching a TED Talk moron say that gravity is/was the fundamental
organizing force of nature. Geez, it's 2017, man. In our current era of
space-time, a star explodes and releases refractory elements in the gaseous
state. EM forces condense refractory compounds in order of boiling point.
All the compounds of the Earth's mantle were created by EM forces. In the
near vacuum of space, condensed refractory matter become "stardust". The
first astronomer to sample cosmic dust that fell to Earth was Donald
Brownlee. See:

https://en.Wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Porous_chondriteIDP.jpg

for an image of such star dust. Brownlee also wrote an excellent book, "Rare
Earth: Why Complex Life is Uncommon in the Universe";

https://books.google.ca/books?id=cHwpBAAAQBAJ&printsec=frontcover&source=gbs_ge_summary_r&cad=0#v=onepage&q&f=false

In our current cosmic era, stars are created in molecular dust clouds like
the Pillars of Creation. Forces of intragalactic shocks accelerate molecular
dust clouds

H2 and He and trace gases like CO, H2O etc. tag alone for the ride because
of hydrodynamic forces. Stir your cup of coffee to understand how this work.
In large molecular dust clouds like the Pillars of Creation forces of
gravity work in all directions until the hydrodynamics of shocks pushes a
quantity of matter together so much that gravitational collapse is
inevitable. The gravitational potential energy of collapsing matter is so
great that it need to be released as EM radiation at all available energies.
Again gravity plays second fiddle to EM.

The TED Talk guys all talk like GR is that last revealed prophesy. Albert
was a showman. After E=MC2 was derived in 1905, HG Wells published a science
fiction novel on atomic war in 1908. How did that happen? Albert was a
showman and he called up the local newspapers in 1905 and declared his
celebrity. The rest is history. With E=MC2 he had enough authority to write
to FDR along with Leó Szilárd to start the Manhattan project. The rest is
not history, because nuclear Armageddon still hangs over us.

In order for Einstein to remain a science celebrity, he needed to rely on
anthropocentric metaphors, e.g. the twins paradox in SR. De facto, SR is
most important in particle physics. In GR, Albert started with the
equivalence principle in a thought experiment with a human in an elevator.
The human observer would not be able to distinguish between an acceleration
= g, or the force of gravity = g. F=MA, according to Newton. The electric
force constant, Coulomb's constant is magnitudes greater than G, Newton's
gravitational constant.

The electron is the most common stable particle in space. Space has a space
charge. If Albert had started with the more intractable electron problem,
Ted Talk morons would be even more confused.

Albert was a professional student. His only student was his first wife, a
physicist in her own rank. After the celebrity of SR, Albert studied tensor
analysis to create GR. His field equation contain tensors, Ricci curvature
tensor, metric tensor, stress-energy tensor. This was a first order model to
explain curvature in Minkowski space. Show formulations of Minkowski space
use i=sqrt(-1) the imaginary basis in complex analysis. Given that complex
analysis developed later that when Albert studied tensor analysis one
wonders what Albert would have formulated in a parallel universe.

Einstein superseded Isaac Newton. No big deal, even I can do that using
complex analysis. GR did a good job predicting black holes. But it fails as
a general cosmological model. TED talk morons talk about "dark matter" to
explain the failure of gravity to explain the dynamics of spiral galaxies.
Even more stupid is the cosmological constant, "My biggest mistake" -
Einstein, that TED Talk morons identify with "dark energy". Big science can
be dissected using Karl Marx or conventional theory of labor economics.
Science doesn't pay. 'Laboratory' is a place where science workers do slave
labor. It makes no sense to go on strike. To gain steady employment and
raise happy children, science invented BIG Science like the LHC at CERN and
ITER, now bankrupt. CERN wants to discover "dark matter" or "dark energy" at
ever higher energies. It will never happen. The OMG particle is many orders
more energetic than is they were to build a LHC the size of the Solar
system. See:

In cosmology, a good observation should never be wasted.

Where I live, the woods and grasslands are burning. It is too toxic to go
outside. Opaque air extends upwards beyond sight. What is wrong with
gravity? Why does it not settle? It has been like this for days.

The ancient Greeks believed that bodies fell at a velocity proportional to
weight. Galileo is credited with the first demonstration this is false. But
what about a feather versus a cannon ball? Air friction slows the feather,
but is does fall to Earth. Smoky air is a good example of a colloid and of
space charge. Einstein discussed the photoelectric effect. In sunlight,
particles release electrons. Fire is exothermic and releases electrons.
Charged, micron sized particles will not settle, ever. Volcanic eruptions
demonstrate electric discharge.

Likewise, milk and muddy water will not settle. The dielectric of water
supports H+ charge carriers. Milk is a colloidal suspension of butterfat
globules. Protons are free to roam leaving anionic particles. Likewise muddy
water is a colloidal suspension of Na+/K+ phyllosilicates. Sodium and
potassium cations are charge carriers. Milk will soar before it settles.
Muddy water may take thousand of years to settle at abyssal depths. Look out
into space and all that can be seen are glowing plasma balls. Neutral
matter is not seen. It is self evident that space has a space charge. One
should not expect spiral galaxies to be only influenced by the force of
gravity. "Dark matter" is for dark minds.

In cosmology a good fantasy should never be wasted. Make it into a
theory and PBS will assure everyone that this is how the universe really
is.

I used to listen to PBS, now I end up turning it off all the time. they
are still pushing Democrats adjendia every chance they get. And the
question everything, every action, every anything about Trump. they ask
negitive leading questions and have some 'expert' re inforce how bad it
is w trump.

they used to be good 15 years ago when Jim Lehrer was there, now they
are run by leftist progressive women to teach america how bad they are.
PBS helped get Trump elected, people are tired of all that fking
bullshit PBS pushes out all the time.

Just one more point:

Analytic continuation of Euclidean Geometry yields Conformal Field Theory.
Analytic continuation of GR has not been attempted, AFAIK. Analytic
continuation of string theory is politically incorrect. I recall contacting
the author of a grad level text on string theory. I read as far as when he
displayed a square root sign. He had failed to consider the negative root.
He did not respond to me trying to correct his math. String theory looks
like it is vacuous typography. One starts with 10 or 26 dimensional tensor
integrals. Meaning is unknown. MS Word equations editor can handle
typography. Computer algebra programs like Maplesoft can handle tensor
integrals and GR field equations. AFAIK there are no tools to manipulate 10
or 26 dimensional tensor integrals.

General Relativity is not mathematically complete. From an applied math
perspective, it is only worthwhile in its domain of application, not
galactic dynamics nor cosmology.
