Thanks.
Before you bring up a data file, the method you used to integrate should be
loaded first. In order to see everything, you need to reintegrate to see all
the details on the screen. Printing out hard copies as a reference is not a bad
idea. I have had too many computerized instruments crash and would have lost
all data if I didn't do that.
You should also contact HP - manuals are cheap (~$20 - $70).

Hi to all,
Thanks for many peple's reply to my question. However I'd like
to make this question more specific (or clearer if it is not clear
last time and I am sorry for that if that is the case).
My problem is that AFTER I MADE EVERY MANUAL INTEGRATION TO
the LC chromatogram, and when I reload THAT FILE BACK, then ALL THAT
INTEGRATION IS LOST! I tried saving the method but still it does not
help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again.
Otherwise I would guess that there is either a sofware bug. or you may
need to save or turn on saving integration events
Does the online haelp give any reference to saving integration events?
Also just loading the data file may not be enough - you may also have to
load the manual integration events file
Well that's about all my guesses - I would try to find out from HP
software support centre if there is nothing in the online or CD help
files.

The opinions expressed here represent the company I work for.
Cutting the salaries of the H? Board of Directors by 10% could result in
the hiring of 80 new support techs.....that would increase customer
satisfaction.( or maybe get the phone answered in under 10 minutes )
This doesn't make sense...that the manual events are saved with the
method and not the data file. If you are doing manual integration of a
complex chromatogram or crappy separation then each chromatogram is
probably going to need different baseline events and these should be
saved with the data file to later re-integrate if needed.
I could understand in a perfect world running standards or very similar
samples that the manual integration events could be saved with the
method and applied to a batch or sequence of data files.
If true this could be a major problem for anyone doing pcb or any other
mixed matrix or dirty samples at the lowest concentration levels.
