What I would like is _EVERYTHING_ in marijuana *but* the
TetraHydroCannabinol, which to my understanding is somewhat of the negative
effect of pot to some people - the component which the DEA is against and
even the part which I could give a rats ass about anymore. Actually I don't
even want it, because I would like to share marijuana's _MEDICINAL_
properties with family members who do not need the THC.
Am I going to have to contact the CMCR at UCSD here in San Diego to have
them hack together a THC-less ganja plant with all the useful cannabinoids
and whatnot but without the THC? I guess so. But I'd like some responses
as to how everyone who is reading this views the actual chemical *THC*.
Marijuana has very interesting muscle-building properties which I would like
to isolate for body-builders as well.
Thanks, and sorry for the large crossposting but I'd like as many people to
read this as possible.

You have absolutely no idea what you are asked them to do!
>"hack together a THC-less ganja plant..."
"hack together", huh? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
And I'll bet that you are expecting them to say, "Would you like
cheese on that today?" as well.
Get a clue! CMCR is a medical research organization, NOT fast food

Low THC marijuana (ie hemp) has been grown in Tasmania (southern part of
Australia). The main use is for producing fibre for fabrics. There is even a
proposal to use hemp oil & seed for human consumption.

Getting permission to grow it in your part of the world is another matter.

The medical propeties could just as easily be caused by THC as any of the
other chemicals present, just because it is psychoactive does not stop it
affecting other systems/binding to other receptors
