RESEARCH ASSISTANT IN LANDSCAPE/WILDLIFE ECOLOGY

A one-year (with possibility of extension) position exists for a person
with at least a Master's degree in landscape/wildlife/spatial ecology,
statistics, or geography. Must possess a good understanding of spatial
and non-spatial statistics; a very good understanding of GIS/spatial
data analyses and remote sensing. Date of start is negotiable, but no
later than February 1999. Salary commensurate with qualifications and
experience. Place of work is Ontario Forest Research Institute, Sault
