Believe or not the Millennium Star Atlas is made by humans.
Humans make errors.
I have found 2 SO FAR.
-SAO 109334 is MISSING. Stars don't disappear. I have the hard copy of
SAO. It is there.
-Eta Carina is not labelled.What happened there? Ran out of ink.
Uranometria 2000 has it labelled.

Millennium Star Atlas is based on Tycho data from Hipparcos, and this star
is missing in the Tycho Catalog.
SAO 109334 is a double star (BAL 947) and the two component magnitude are
very similar ( about 10 ) this may explain trouble in data reduction and
rejection of this star.
