Einstein's Relativity Refuted by Doppler Effect

The observer starts moving relative to the emitter in Doppler:

The frequency and the speed of the light pulses VARY PROPORTIONALLY for the moving observer, in violation of Einstein's relativity. The wavelength (or distance between subsequent pulses) obviously remains constant:

"Vo is the velocity of an observer moving towards the source. This velocity is independent of the motion of the source. Hence, the velocity of waves relative to the observer is c + Vo. Albert Einstein Institute: "In the above paragraphs, we have only considered moving sources. In fact, a closer look at cases where it is the receiver that is in motion will show that this kind of motion leads to a very similar kind of Doppler effect. By observing the two indicator lights, you can see for yourself that, once more, there is a blue-shift - the pulse frequency measured at the receiver is somewhat higher than the frequency with which the pulses are sent out. This time, the DISTANCES BETWEEN SUBSEQUENT PULSES ARE NOT AFFECTED, BUT STILL THERE IS A FREQUENCY SHIFT: As the receiver moves towards each pulse, the time until pulse and receiver meet up is shortened. The motion of the observer clearly cannot change the distance between the light pulses https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bg7O4rtlwEE. Accordingly, the frequency and the speed of the pulses VARY PROPORTIONALLY for the moving observer - only crimestop saves Einstein's relativity from total collapse:

So, in teaching Doppler effect in light, Einsteinians avoid "moving observer" and teach "moving source":

Obviously the wavelength of the waves we receive will be the same as the wavelength at which they are emitted (the gravitational field of the galaxy will not be large enough to have a significant effect). Suppose now that the source starts moving toward us. Things seem to be Einstein-friendly here. Frequency and wavelength are inversely proportional. Accordingly, the speed of light is gloriously constant.

The problem is that variable (dependent on the speed of the emitter) wavelength of light

contradicts the principle of relativity. By measuring the varying wavelength (or distance between light pulses), inside his spaceship, the emitter would know his speed without looking outside.

For a given emitter, the wavelength of light is CONSTANT. Accordingly, the speed of light is VARIABLE AS PER NEWTON.
