The Di-Hydrogen Mon-Oxide conspiracy!

The Government is using Di-Hydrogen Mon-Oxide DHMO to control all girls. It
acts as a feel good drug! They use it to get people to do the things they want.
They exploit its 105 degree hydrogen bond, rather than a more common co-valiant
chemical bond to get their desired effect and control the population. In some
places, namely the Western US the government has built huge plants and pipelines
to deliver this chemical to the population, in fact some projects are as large
as Hoover dam!. In more rural areas the government has not yet done so due to
the cost, there they may use hydrogen hydroxide instead a less powerful form.
The government has hundreds and hundreds of pages of regulations on DHMO. Many
of them are on how to purify this mind altering chemical before it is delivered
to the populace. They even require the addition of substances like deadly
chlorine and ammonia to DHMO! This is done to keep other biologic things from
lessening the effect the DHMO has on humans by living in it and absorbing that
mind altering effect before it gets to the population. This is why they insist
on it being pure when it is delivered.
In some experiment cities they add fluoride which is made with deadly fluorine
to DHMO! This outrage is supposed to make the subjects life better, it has a
side effect of preventing tooth decay.
DHMO is so dangerous there is a "heavy" version of it, which is radioactive, is
used in nuclear reactors that make plutonium for nuclear bombs! This heavy
version is very toxic and will kill within days to a couple of weeks at most.
Its effects are the same as chemotherapy! Because it kills so quickly, isn't
used by the government for control, however traces are present in the DHMO that
is delivered to the population. They say it is a naturally occurring thing.
There are places where they put DHMO into the ground from big settling ponds to
pollute underground wells with its effects. There are places where they pipe
DHMO above ground so that it enters the atmosphere so you are forced to breath
it. They even extract DHMO from sewage in many cities! There are other places
where they extract it from the sea. In other places it is available from wells,
but must be purified before use.
In many cities the DHMO mind control is so complete that the government is able
to bill the population for the DHMO. In other places they have corporations who
they have deliver the DHMO and bill for it. Again in some rural areas the
government hasn't yet gotten their DHMO mind control in place so there is hope.
Demand the government tell you the truth about DHMO before it is too late. They
will soon be able to control you if you don't!

I understand the Government is spending outrageous sums of money of delivering
Di-Hydrogen Mon-Oxide to my city. Why are you doing this? It is proven that
DHMO is a mind altering chemical. Why do you deliver it with contaminated with
its radioactive heavy cousin that kills like an overdose of chemotherapy?
I, Golden California Girl, demand that the Government stop, right now or I will
start screaming.

They may have sent DNA into California Girls body or Di-Hydrogen Mon-Oxide
DHMO with their knowledge or without and simply dispersed it.
Anything more complex than that surely would almost certainly need
'full-body' colonization
However, their body's are now colonized and could expect as a result
of alleged colonization a complex lifeforms, based on Di-Hydrogen Mon-Oxide.
That I find plausible, and would also explain why California Golden Girls
obtained life so rapidly.
