Don't have access to MIL-STD-210A document which lists ambient temperature
data for Hot/Tropical/Cold/Polar days versus Pressure Altitude.

I am well familar with simulation of Standard Day atmosphere equations,
which are a function of Geopotential altitude. Is anyone familar with how
you would use MIL-STD-210A in a simulation? I.e. given geopotential altitude,
how do you compute its equivalent Pressure altitude (considering that the
lapse rate is non-standard).
