Hallo
My German is abysmally rusty but the americanism you maybe seeking is "disposable"
as in a disposable lighter, a disposable cup, disposable plate, a disposable camera.
The other concept is one time use only. Some items are meant to be used once and then
thrown away. a paper handkercheif for instance. a match, etc. Sorry if I intruded,
but these two ideas may be useful.

disposable camera=camera that can be thrown away
disposable society=society that can be thrown away??

I believe I'd vote for throw-away-society instead. It has the desired
negatigfe connotation
