Hi All,

I would like to check wih you members if there is any closed roof parking available for purchase in our society?
When we bought the flat(104), I did not ask for dedicated parking.
If yes, what is the cost? My tenant Sandip will co-ordinate the payment

We acknowledge receipt of your request and amount for 4 month’s rent (INR 1000 * 4 = INR 4000). Presently we can in discussion to initiate the activity of allocating covered parking to society members on rent. This activity should be done this week. Once done we will inform you and your tenants about the parking allocated to you. Hope this is fine.

This is to let you know that I was in Pune last week and got a chance to meet briefly with Vishant. 

He has informed me about parking availability and conveyance deed.

 

I have paid him advance rent for four months for the parking. Upon confirmation, my tenant will start using it. 

 

Please let me know the parking number once allotted
