The status for Mr. Amit Patel has got updated to “self-occupied”. In SCHS committee meeting, it was decided that we will start collecting the maintenance similar to the last financial year, without waiting for General Body meeting to happen. The meeting invite will be sent shortly. The changes in maintenance contributions, if any, will be communicated after General body meeting.   Following are flat wise maintenance contributions, depending upon the options individual selects, Quarterly or Yearly. The quarterly amounts are without any discounts and yearly amounts mentioned are considering 5% discount.
