Regret the delay in responding to your email.
After you finalize the property sale, following is the procedure,
· You have to inform to society committee about the sale (which you have done thru your email)
· Deposit the transfer fees of INR 60,000/- (INR sixty thousand only) to the society account.
· Committee to check for any pending dues from you. – I confirm that you have no dues pending till 31-Mar-2016
· Once the transfer fee amount is credited to society account, management committee will issue the NOC to you.
