Yesterday we had meeting of society committee members. Following are the details:

                Present Members : Mrs. Tawade, Avinash, Guru and Vishant

                Points discussed :

1.       Holi Celebration

a.       Holika Dahan : Event to be organized tomorrow; 5-Mar-15 at 9:00 PM in Kids play area.

Responsibility : Vishant & Tanaji

b.      Ranga Panchami : Since Dhuliwandan is on Friday; 06-Mar-15, it might be working for most. So it will be celebrated on Saturday; 07-Mar-15 at 10:30 am in Parking

Responsibility : Vishant & Tanaji

2.       Cupboard to be purchased.

Responsibility : Avinash

3.       Quotation for Nameboard to be taken and Nameboard to be put up in society

Responsibility : Vishant

4.       Quotation for Concreting to be taken.

Responsibility : Vishant

5.       Society surrounding clean up and parking allocation to be done

Responsibility : Avinash and Vishant

6.       Plumbing work to be done to make way for water coming from flat terrace pipelines

Responsibility : Guru

7.       Conveyance deed documents are submitted. May get a call from Registrar in 2-3 weeks time.

8.       Fire Extinguishers installed in society premise.
