We have already entered in Quarter-3 of FY15-16. It is time for maintenance payments for the members who have opted for quarterly payment.
Kindly ensure to make your mentioned quarter-3 payment before 15-Oct-2015 to avoid any penalties and take confirmation from me for the payment receipt in society account.

Dear all,
This is further to my email below regarding flat occupancy status. The status for Mr. Amit Patel has got updated to “self-occupied”. In SCHS committee meeting, it was decided that we will start collecting the maintenance similar to the last financial year, without waiting for General Body meeting to happen. The meeting invite will be sent shortly. The changes in maintenance contributions, if any, will be communicated after General body meeting.
Following are flat wise maintenance contributions, depending upon the options individual selects, Quarterly or Yearly. The quarterly amounts are without any discounts and yearly amounts mentioned are considering 5% discount.
Kindly confirm your choice of option to SCHS committee & arrange to deposit your maintenance contribution in the society account as per schedule mentioned below.
