Dear All,
Further to the communication done on planning of Ganapti Utsav, there was a meeting called on August 30th 2015, we like to thanks Mr. Suresh Acharya for confirming his availability and attending the meeting.
In the meet, which had society committee members and Mr. Acharya present, it was decided that Ganapati Utsav will be done. Following are the details:
- On September 17th 2015, Ganapati Sthapana will be done and that day Aarti will be done by Manoj Kumar and Family.
- Subsequently, every day Aarti will be done at 8:30 PM. Slots for Aarti are available. Interested members please book your preferred slot.
- On September 25th 2015, in the evening, we will have our Part II of AGM. Agenda and timing will be shared soon.
- Followed by the AGM, will be Dinner for all society members. We will soon circulate a list for presence confirmation for the dinner. Kindly mark your count in the list.
- Visarjan will be on September 27th 2015.
