Looking for some information on the CTMT-2

I need some help. I do mot have access to the manual for the Comprehensive Trail-Making Test Second Edition (CTMT2). If you have a copy of the test protocol, please scan a copy or take a photo of it and email me a copy. 

In the manual I will need:

- description of any test/subtest generated by the CTMT-2. 

- Does the CTMT-2 yield any 90% confidence intervals? If so I will need to see the either the SEMs for each test score (found in the Reliability section of the manual) or the norm tables which often include the CIs.
