Looking for a couple of test resources

I am working on the Report Shell and I need some help. 

Does any one have a full report printout for the CVCT-C that they can scan and send to me? I think the software scoring is no longer supported by Pearson but someone may still have a copy. 

Also does any one have a copy for the Test of Word Reading Fluency-2? I would like to see a copy of the front page of the test booklet please.
