Hello Community,

I'm excited to share a recent episode from ADHD ReWired on helping parents support their neurodivergent kids, especially when they are (or may be) differently-wired themselves. This is generally a podcast for ADHD adults (and a great one, I'll add!), but in this episode, I got to chat with host Eric Tivers about how we can support our children's brains while taking care of our own.

#KidsDoWellIfTheyCan (and their parents do, too!)

I hope you find it helpful for the families you work with!

Have a wonderful week!

Warmly,

Liz
