Dear members

Several professionals are asking me to share my journalistic expertise to be extended to other branches of social work too.  Someone (a very active person in the field) had suggested a unified journal to publish articles from all branches/ divisions/ specializations.

What is your view?

If you are a senior would you like to be invited or would offer to be a board member?

Dear Dr. Naidu Sir, Good morning.  I m thinking aloud - no offences meant & am open to change. I m sure that ur experience can b of gr8 value to other arenas of social work, but at the same time - the core objective of your professional self & of JSSW - and the distinction of being the only intervention in this field will b lost; if u venture to other areas. As for the unified publication - that's a good idea but it should never mean discontinuation of JSSW or less importance to it. As for the Editorial Board member, I volunteer & can also suggest field relevant professionals for the same, let me know if I can be of help. I m also very firm on the aspect of wide recognition & public avowal of our profession.
