This is a virtual cohort dedicated to supporting school garden program Directors and Program Managers - roles that require a unique set of skills, knowledge, and project management prowess but often work in silos. Instead of re-inventing the wheel, let's work together to perfect it!
Each month, we will share best practices around staff management, grant writing, program evaluation and reporting, curriculum development, annual planning, and other tips and tricks that have been gleaned over our collective years of experience.
