Two Questions About Garden Mapping

Hi Gardeneers,

I’ve got two totally different questions about garden mapping and would love to hear what others are doing.

1. For instructors: What hands-on mapping lessons or projects have worked best for your students in the garden?

2. For SGSOs: Do you use any mapping conventions or standards to help instructors, maintenance staff, and others navigate different sites?

I’ve attached a sample map/layout we created for a new garden design. We’re now thinking about making maps for all our existing sites to help instructors and garden maintenance staff orient themselves more easily.
