SeedMoney has extended the deadline for its once-a-year school and community garden funding opportunity. Applications are now due Friday, Nov 14 at 5 PM ET.
This year, SeedMoney is offering 432 grants totaling $81,000, awarded through a 30-day crowdfunding challenge that begins on Nov 15. More than half of applicants typically receive a grant. Last year, participating projects earned an average of $1,253 in combined grants and crowdfunds, with 132 projects raising $1,000 or more.
No prior fundraising experience is needed. SeedMoney provides guidance, templates, and technical support throughout the challenge.
