Hello everyone!

My name is Veera, and I am a high school student and founder of Feed the Garden Within You.

The idea came from seeing students immediately understand gut health when they realized that the garden outside and the garden inside work in similar ways.

We have developed the first three modules of a free middle school gut microbiome curriculum and have already reached over 100 students.

I would love to connect with educators interested in piloting lessons, providing feedback, or exploring ways to connect school gardens with student health education.
