We are looking into these. They are movable, not cheap, but can have multiple pathway use.

Hi folks,
Has anyone found some short-term solutions for making more accessible paths
in the absence of compact gravel or pavement? We have a student at one of
our schools who uses a wheelchair and isn't able to move around the garden
because it's mostly wood chips. While we are making it a priority to figure
out more permanent solutions (or rather, find the funds for more permanent
solutions), we don't have the funds readily available to install compact
gravel, and I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to make temporary
pathways that a wheelchair could traverse?
Hoping we can all continue to prioritize accessibility of all kinds in our
garden spaces, and that the more permanent solutions become more
financially available!

We use compacted DG (decomposed granite) that has worked really well for
our kiddos in wheelchairs. Here is what our paths look like:
