Grow & Preserve Food using NGSS/STEAM
September 21 at 11am PT/2pm ET
Come learn from Hope Sickmeier, Teacher at Southern Boone County Elementary in Ashland, MO on how schools teach STEM & NGSS and preserve food in the 21st century.
You will also learn how to use garden produce to create fundraising ideas and incorporate economic lessons.

The School Garden Support Organization Network (SGSO) is an open peer-to-peer learning network with the goal of growing, sustaining and elevating a movement for equitable garden-based education. We provide professional and leadership development, resources, and platforms to connect for members serving at a school, district, regional, state, or national level. We have over 4,200 members at over 2,000 schools and organizations serving tens of thousands school gardens.
