The American Horticultural Society is pleased to announce its 30th annual National Children & Youth Garden Symposium (NCYGS), where we are cultivating tomorrow's gardeners by energizing, inspiring, and training today's garden educators.

Please, no gifts for us on this milestone event, we want you to share your pearls (of wisdom!) with each other. Now's your chance to share your expertise with garden educators by presenting a session!  Session presenters receive a discounted registration rate to attend the symposium. Please reference these tips and guidelines and submit your session proposal online by January 7, 2022.

NCYGS 2022 will take place July 13-15 in Richmond, Virginia. We're so excited to see everyone in person again and show you around a vibrant city with world-class cultural institutions (including our host, Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden), a vibrant array of street art, and a restaurant scene that earned it designation as "America's Next Great Food Destination" from Departures magazine.

Please note: In order to ensure a safe and healthy conference environment, all attendees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
