I've seen a few of you poll your audience during presentations at NCYGC and other conferences.  Does anyone have a recommendation for what tool to use to do this - need it to be free, of course.  Looking to do maybe 3-5 questions and show immediate poll results on screen.  No need for long term storage of datas or knowing individual responses.

Thx

I'll bet if you create a Google Form and then direct the audience to pull out their phones, go to the link (make it an easy bit.ly link), then you could project the results quickly...?

I've seen both Kahoot and Quizizz used well in both education and presentation settings. Both are free quiz platforms (at least for education purposes) that can be used on any device.

I’ve had good experience recently with Mentimeter. One thing they can also do on there is share words and it makes a collective word wall instantly.

Thx for the suggestions.  I found another option and wanted to let you all know.  Wooclap is very easy to use and has a free component for educators where you can survey up to 30 ppl at a time and no limit on questions number(which many of the others have).  Plus they have a PPT extension so you can insert directly into your presentation so no clicking in and out of your PPT.
Thx
Bonnie

I like to use Google Forms & used it after my session at NCYGC.  It gives you a good breakdown & you can download it to a spreadsheet.
