June 26th from 11am-12:15pm PT/ 2:00pm-3:15pm ET

Internships are a great way to involve youth more deeply in garden programming while giving them important job skills.

Join outdoor educators from Durham, NC and Victoria, BC as they discuss the benefits of vocational programming in gardens, challenges and successes in developing internship programs for high school and college students, and examples of different internship models to support youth in exploring outdoor careers.
