Pre-designed botanic signs

Looking for companies who have pre-designed perennial signs for gardens.  (Not looking for homemade ideas) 

Years ago at the NCYGS conference in Austin, someone mentioned a botanic sign company who you could basically go down their list of plant species listed on their site and check them off and they had them all laid out for you as far as plant name, latin name and brief description.  Anyone know of a company like that? I see plenty where you can input the text, just wanted to know if there is one that has done that work for you.

If they don’t have your species, they’ll work on it.  Or, they will do custom work.  Their catalog of US natives is pretty extensive and they have some edibles.
