Cost per student

Has anyone ever calculated the cost of their garden per student hours spent in the garden?

There is a school in Dallas that requests every year that each family donate $100 per student for their garden program. In their donation request they state that the program costs $60,000 a year and they have 600 students. I believe the kids each go to the garden once a week. This is an afluent school.
