I am pleased to announce the publication of The Schoolyard Roots Guide to Cooking in the Classroom! This guide provides twelve step-by-step recipes for k-5th grade classrooms. Included are instructions on how to put together a mobile cooking unit that is compact, affordable and suitable for each recipe.
Schoolyard Roots tested each interactive recipe at partner schools. As a bonus, each recipe is designed to include produce that may be grown in a school garden! The entire guide is free online, and thoughtfully divided into sections for download, so please share. : )
